First Impressions

I had the first session on the Stoke Boost today, and I have to tell you, it's an amazing bit of kit! It's in a different league to other assists/drives iv'e used! The Boost oozes quality from the moment you open the bag to putting it together. It's sleek, perfectly engineered and functional. I was worried that the on-water performance would have been a compromise as a result, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. It delivered more power than I needed and the battery lasted way longer than I expected, and the best bit, it's hydrodynamics meant touchdowns are negligible. Also, the extra weight is hardly noticeable due to its centre of gravity on the mast. This is not only an aid to learning winging, sup foiling, DW or prone, it's also a tool to get onto waves that others can't touch. This has opened up a whole new playgroud for me!

I highly recommend the Boost, it's a game changer!

This year we turn 70, both of us are reasonably fit, SUP surf and have been learning to wing foil with staged success and while that has been enjoyable, the addition of the stoke has taken us from being top level novices over the crest and launched (pun intended) into actual foilers. Yeehaaaar.

Well above the rest!

Purchased my unit recently and I am super Stoked by the quality, simplicity and raw power of the unit. For SUP and DW, this is definitely the best option available at the moment and is way above the competition which I had before. Well over an hour of paddle assist and boost with a SUP, you''ll get tired well before you run out. For those who critise the lenght of the pod compared to FD, I can flat paddle up the unit on my DW board with the unit OFF. Yes, OFF! Drag is minimal. If you want a proper assist that keeps the spirit of the sport, get the Stoke. If you want to E-foil around like a cook and learn nothing, get an E-foil or a Gen2. Nowhere near as rewarding and fun in the waves. Well done team, an excellent product. I wish you all the success that you deserve. I am not affiliated and paid full price on my unit. Can't wait to try the new underboard transmitter which I just ordered. It will make it even neater!

More versatile than you think!

Apart from using this for its intended purpose as a boost for foil, I paired it with the larger XR battery and was able to use it as a paddle assist for 2 hours non-stop with my SUP, travelling out to islands and never needing to actually use my paddle! Lots of fun and opens up what you can do with your equipment!

Absolutely stoked to share my first experiences with the Stoke Foiling Boost Ultra – and let me tell you, it’s a total game-changer! :fire:

Right from the start, this thing blew me away. It comes in a super sleek, compact transport box that screams premium quality. It’s neat, it’s portable, and it’s got everything perfectly organized – no mess, no stress.

Now here’s the best part: it’s 100% plug and play straight out of the box. No complicated setup, no hours of figuring things out. Just charge, mount, and ride. Compared to FoilDrive, this installation is on a whole other level – so incredibly easy it honestly feels like cheating. Everything clicks into place effortlessly, and I was ready to hit the water in no time.

What blew my mind even more? The removal process is just as slick. I’m out wing foiling in barely-there wind, cruising along thanks to the Boost Ultra. Suddenly, the wind kicks in strong – no problem! In literally under a minute, I can remove the system, and boom – I’m ready to ride pure wind power. It’s that fast and seamless. Total freedom.

And guess what? It fits every mast out there without a single adapter. No fiddling, no searching for compatible parts. Just mount it and go. This level of versatility and ease-of-use makes it my go-to system now, no question.

Massive props to the team behind this – seriously, keep up the incredible work, boys! The Boost Ultra has totally redefined my foiling sessions, and I can’t wait for more. Let’s gooo!

game changer!

I could not be happier with my Stoke!
I am currently learning to DW sup foil and thanks to the Stoke it has dramatically sped up the incredibly hard journey. I have been able to put the motor low down on the mast so i could get used to being on foil, as i get more confident i now have it as close to the board as i can.
I have been a sup surfer for many years so for me the paddling side of things is not an issue, if it was not for the Stoke i would still be struggling a lot more. Plus its much cheaper than the competition! The Stoke has plenty of power for me! I have only ever used low power and Medium. Medium power gets me up and flying very very easily.
I also got the new under-board receiver and it is externally good, it also makes the set process even quicker.
If you are on the fence with this product, just get it, you will not regret it.
Also! the customer service is second to none! outstanding!! for e.g. I recently broke a spring on the control unit and they had a replacement on its way to me the same day, within 10 mins of my first email.

Setup was a breeze and getting used to the extra boost is great fun. The hardware feels realy sturdy and robust. Hope for better weather and a deepdive.
